Your day begins with an 8 am briefing at the park headquarters, where you will receive important information about the gorilla trekking experience. Once you locate a gorilla family, you will have one hour to observe, photograph, and record their behaviors as they feed, play, and groom each other. Enjoy the abundant wildlife and scenic beauty of Ishasha before checking into your lodge for the night.

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your chimpanzee tracking adventure. Accompanied by knowledgeable rangers, trek through the lush forest to find the chimpanzees and spend an hour observing and photographing them in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for birdwatching and a guided community walk.

On your final day, enjoy breakfast before embarking on the drive back to Entebbe, which takes about 5-6 hours.
