Start your day with a transfer to Entebbe Airport for a one-hour flight to Kihihi airstrip. Upon arrival, our safari guide will warmly welcome you and drive you for approximately 1.5 hours to your lodge on the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After checking in and enjoying a hearty lunch, you will engage in a community tour. This immersive experience will allow you to interact with the local people and gain insights into their daily lives, traditions, and culture, enhancing your understanding of the region’s rich heritage.

Your day begins with an 8 am briefing at the park headquarters, where you will receive important information about the gorilla trekking experience. Accompanied by knowledgeable ranger guides, you will follow trails through the dense and lush jungle of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search of the majestic gorillas. Once you locate a gorilla family, you will have one hour to observe, photograph, and record their behaviors as they feed, play, and groom each other. This unforgettable experience offers a rare glimpse into the lives of these incredible creatures. Afterward, you will exit the forest and return to your accommodation to relax and reflect on the day’s adventures.
